Safer Recruitment

勛圖腦瞳扦 is committed to providing the highest level of education and care to its students and to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.泭

勛圖腦瞳扦 recognises that the safe recruitment of its staff in the Trust is essential to safeguard the children in attendance. It is our duty to prevent unsuitable people from working with children – ensuring we practice safe recruitment in checking the suitability of staff and volunteers who work with children.

Safer practice in recruitment means thinking about and including issues relating to child protection and safeguarding, promoting the welfare of children at every stage of the process and for all people being recruited.泭泭

For all posts, enquiries will be made with previous employers about whether a safeguarding concern has been raised against you.

Why volunteer for us?

勛圖腦瞳扦 is governed by the Board of Directors, a group of individuals who are dedicated to volunteering their professional expertise and time to support the Trust.

The Trust are always interested in discussing in further detail the opportunity for the right泭person to make a real difference to the outcomes泭and life chances of young people across泭Birmingham and Solihull, by joining our Governance Team as an 勛圖腦瞳扦 Director or Associate.泭 These roles provide an opportunity泭to give something back to the local community泭and use and develop your own skills in a board or local level泭environment.泭

We welcome individuals willing泭to commit some of their time and apply their泭skills and experience to being a Director/Associate in our Multi-Academy Trust.泭

勛圖腦瞳扦 has four secondary academies and
one primary academy, delivering education
to over 4000 students in total. We serve
students from a wide range of backgrounds
and our academies have higher-than-average泭proportions of students from disadvantaged泭homes and with special educational needs. We泭firmly believe that every student has the right泭to realise their full potential, and to do that they泭need to experience a high-quality education in
a supportive environment to help them achieve泭their career aspirations and live their lives to the泭full.

“To me being an Associate at泭勛圖腦瞳扦 is a privilege and great泭opportunity to not only help the students泭at an important point in泭their life, but also support and challenge the staff, alongside泭developing my own professional泭skills. Attending celebration泭events and observing the talent泭and ambition amongst the泭students is one of the most泭rewarding parts of my role.
